Cerium oxide nanoparticles can be used as polishing material, catalyst, catalyst carrier (auxiliaries), automobile exhaust absorbent, ultraviolet absorbent, fuel cell electrolyte, electronic ceramics, etc.
1. as polishing powder
Cerium oxide nanoparticles is a commonly used abrasive for glass polishing and is widely used in glass precision machining.
2. modified additives, can increase the thermal stability and aging resistance of the polymer
Nano-sized cerium oxide can reduce the sintering temperature of ceramics, inhibit the growth of crystal lattice and improve the density of ceramics.
As a silicone rubber additive, the oil resistance and heat resistance of silicone rubber can be improved linearly.
As lubricating oil additive, Cerium oxide nanoparticles make the lubricating oil have excellent anti-friction effect at room temperature and high temperature.
