The addition of high purity ultrafine nano magnesium oxide satisfies the demand. It can be used for thermal plastic, thermal resin pouring material, thermal silicone, thermal powder coating, functional thermal coating and various functional polymer products. It can be used in PA, PBT, PET, ABS, PP, silicone and coating.

1. In matrix resin with high crystallinity, the most effective way to improve the thermal conductivity of plastics is to add the additive material with high thermal conductivity. Thinning and even nanometer size of thermal conductivity filler not only has little effect on mechanical properties, but also improves thermal conductivity. Add high purity nano magnesium oxide powder, with good whiteness, small particle size, uniform particle size, the thermal conductivity increased from the ordinary 33W/(m).K) to more than 36W/(m. K).

2.The experimental results show that the thermal conductivity of 80% high purity nano-magnesia in PPS can reach 3.4w /m.K.

3. The addition of 10% nano-magnesia with high purity into the EVA solar sealing film can improve its thermal conductivity, insulation, crosslinking degree and thermal stability to varying degrees.

Storage conditions

This product should be stored in dry, cool and sealing of the environment, can not be exposure to air, in addition should avoid the heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation.
