Boron carbide nozzles have the advantages of long life, relatively low cost, time saving and high efficiency.Abrasive/anti-wear coating: The high hardness of B4C makes it a good wear-resistant or anti-friction material. It replaces diamond abrasive with boron carbide and is used for polishing, lapping or polishing of cemented carbide and engineering ceramics. The abrasive material in the pulverization process can significantly reduce the cost of the grinding process. It is also possible to coat the B4C coating on the substrate to form a protective film to improve the wear resistance of the substrate.
