Description:
Nano diamond Nitrogen vacancy (NV) is a light-emitting point defect structure. It has excellent optical properties and spin polarization characteristics. Because of its unique carrier stability and room temperature atmospheric environment compatibility, it can be used as the temperature sensor of biological cells, and also can be used for the precise measurement of microwave magnetic field.
Nano diamond using in super sensitive biosensing is the use of its fluorescence properties. The first is the Raman characteristic peak located at 1332 cm-1, and the second is the nitrogen vacancy defect contained within it, namely the 637 nm red fluorescence emitted by the NV.
Among them, the different electron spin quantum states of negatively charged NV can emit fluorescence of different brightness, while its electron spin quantum states are easily affected by the weak magnetic, thermoelectric sites around and are displayed through fluorescence changes. Through laser and microwave control initialization, it can be convenient to use the fluorescence change of NV for super sensitive sensing.
This ultra-sensitive quantum diagnostic platform is suitable for multiple forms of diagnostic tests and diseases, and has the potential to transform the early diagnosis of diseases for the benefit of patients and populations.
Storage Condition:
Nano diamond particles should be stored in sealed, avoid light, dry place. Room temperature storage is ok.
