Silver Nanowires inks composed of silver nanowires, polymer binders, and deionized water, form a transparent Ag nanowires conductive network on a flexible substrate after baking, and a light scattering medium is embedded in the silver nanowire conductive network. Thus, a flexible transparent conductive film is formed. The type, concentration, size and other parameters of the light scattering medium can realize the haze adjustment of the final transparent electrode. The transparent electrode obtained by coating the nano silver wire ink can maintain its good conductivity, high light transmittance and at the same time to achieve the purpose of adjustable haze. The prepared products can be used in touch screens and display panels and other fields where low haze is desired, and can also be used in thin-film solar cell panels, where transparent electrodes are expected to have relatively high haze.
The preparation of silver nanowire ink needs to pay attention to the following points:
1. First of all, the dispersibility of silver nanowires must be solved to prevent their agglomeration or merging;
2. There must be a suitable film-forming substance that can help the silver nanowires to form a film but has little effect on the resistance;
3. It must have good coating performance to avoid shrinkage and crawling during the coating process;
4. Adjust the dosage of each additive to make the transmittance, haze, square resistance and other indicators reach the best after coating.
5. The stability of the ink should be considered to avoid the deterioration of the ink leading to coating failure.
The silver nanowire inks produced by Hongwu Nano is a transparent conductive ink, specially designed on the basis of self-developed silver nanowires (the wire diameter can be adjusted between 20nm-100nm). They can be coated on different surfaces, easy to use, with good transparent conductive performance.
